Laxmi’s business operations span the world of diamonds from rough to retail. Laxmi Diamond is the flagship company of the Laxmi Diamond Group. Headquartered in Mumbai, with global presence around the world including customers in United States, Europe, Middle-east and Far-east.
Mr. Vasant Gajera, the driving force behind the group, laid the foundation of Laxmi Diamond back in 1972, Since then, company has experienced rapid growth and since 1995, Laxmi Diamond has been a Sightholder of the Diamond Trading Company (DTC), the distribution arm of the De Beers Group.
Laxmi is a manufacturer and distributor of loose polished diamonds to the jewellery trade globally. The manufacturing facility in Surat, Gujarat is equipped with the latest high-tech machinery, highly skilled personnel operating the very latest technology and implementation of quality control systems has resulted in efficient production. These high standards have been intrinsic to achieving the quality reputation now of Laxmi globally.
Laxmi also has a considerable jewellery business, maintaining jewellery manufacturing facilities in Mumbai and Surat. With high manufacturing capacity and latest machinery which is operated by highly skilled professionals, Laxmi is able to produce fine jewellery of exceptional quality and international appeal. In retail, we have two brands called CYGNUS and LINKEDINLOVE.

Corporate Social Responsibility
Smt. Shantaben Haribhai Gajera Charitable Trust (1993) is an initiative of Laxmi Group currently operating a network of 6 schools and 7 colleges (certified in ISO 9001:2008 standards by TUV South Asia) with a total 45,000+ students in Gujarat, India.
Our Gajera Trust contributions to the community are in the areas of health, medical blood camps, education, environment, relief, improving village infrastructure, assistance in the event of natural disaster and miscellaneous activities such as contribution to other social development organizations.
To serve elder aged and 750 orphan children we established, VatsalyaDham (2006) to provide food, clothing, shelter to orphan, single-parent and helpless children, and to provide education to such children free of cost.
Laxmi Diamond Pvt. Ltd has also been honored with “Most Socially Responsible Company” by GJEPC-India in 2014.
